[Lisa] provide[s] enough variety to make it interesting. I do harder workouts than I would do on my own and I have the confidence that I am doing something good for my body. I also feel that [Lisa] know[s] how much to push me so I trust [her].
Thank you, Lisa, for helping me become strong enough so that I’m still able to carry my 2 1/2 yr old grandson up the 15 steps, to his room, for his nap. You have been, patient, encouraging, and fun to work with. I sure have come a long way, since I started working with you, months ago. You’re the BEST!
